When a family is staying at our House, the thought of ‘what’s for dinner’ and ‘we need to go to the supermarket’ are the last things on their mind.
Thankfully, we have organisations that provide families with delicious home cooked meals during the week through our Corporate Group Volunteering Programs. We do however understand how busy day-to-day is for a lot of organisations making it hard for them to come in with their team.
Sponsor a Meal program is an opportunity to provide food to families of seriously ill or injured children without needing to come into one of our Houses. This can include sponsoring everyday essentials for our pantries or take away dinners for one or all of our Houses.
Being apart of Sponsor a Meal Program is a reminder to families going through a tough time that there’s a community behind them with love and support.
Make a difference by sponsoring a meal today and take comfort in knowing families have access to meals after a long day on the ward.

Our House is a warm and supportive home-away-from-home for families of children who need to travel to a Children’s Hospital in Victoria or Tasmania for treatment. We create a safe and welcoming environment where families can stay connected, and parents can communicate more easily with their child's medical team.
Over 2,037 families from regional and rural Australia stayed at a Ronald McDonald House in Victoria & Tasmania in the past year alone, allowing parents and carers to focus on what is most important, their child's health.
