A Home for the Holidays

You can give the gift of togetherness and help keep families close to the care they need.

Baby Garcia with Mum Janelle

See your impact doubled for Christmas until midnight Saturday 9 December only!

Thanks to

Baby Garcia with Mum Janelle

We'd love nothing more than having families with sick children be in their own homes for Christmas, surrounded by loved ones. When that can't happen, Ronald McDonald House is the next best thing.

We cannot do any of this without you! While we take a moment to appreciate our good health and enjoy the festive season, let's think about those who cannot.

Children like Garcia and parents like Janelle and Kane need people like you.

12 weeks old, 11 spent in hospital

Baby Garcia was born with expected complications, and the Clark family were already living at Ronald McDonald House Parkville by the time he was born.

After repeated surgeries, a hospital move, a House move and two visits back home to Horsham, they came to see RMHC VIC & TAS as a home away from home: a source of comfort and support in a time of upheaval and uncertainty.

"Kindness Spreads Kindness"

This is Dad, Kane’s take on his daughter, Rahli’s idea to donate a cubby house! She decided to set up a fundraiser so that other families staying at Ronald McDonald House Fitzroy, have a cubby house to play in when they have sick sisters and brothers at the hospital.

How many more visits?

The Clark family won’t know how many more times Baby Garcia will need surgery, but they sure hope three is enough. What they can rely on though, is the care and support the staff and volunteers at RMHC VIC & TAS will provide them along the way.

Can you make a donation to help keep families together this Christmas?
